Delivery and Returns
UK Mainland Delivery Information
We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days (depending on stock availability).
Delivery options for UK only. All values exclude VAT
- Orders under £125.00 delivery charge £2.50 1st Class via Royal Mail
- Orders over £125.00 delivery charge FREE 1st Class via Royal Mail.
- Orders over £250.00 delivery charge Free 1st Class Recorded via Royal Mail
- Next Working Day before 9am via Royal Mail £25.00
- Next Working Day before 1pm via Royal Mail £10.00
- Next Working Day before end of day via Courier service £15.00
While we will endeavour to do our utmost to ship all order on the same day, this may not be possible if your order is placed later than 14:30.
NB. Courier service cut off time is 12.00 Midday.
Any out-of-stock items will be confirmed via email by our office team.

Overseas Delivery Information
All overseas delivery charges are entirely dependent upon the recipient country and paperwork required to clear customs, along with the transit weight of the goods. The office will quote this price on your order acknowledgement prior to any payment or shipping.
Returned Goods Policy
Due to the nature of the goods supplied it is not always possible to accept a return for credit or exchange other than for the following reasons:
- To correct a company delivery or order error.
- Batch recall.
- Where the products or packages are alleged to have been faulty, damaged, or tampered with prior to delivery (photographic evidence will be required).
- Where the products have been offered on a pre-arranged ‘sale or return’ basis.
- Where the company agrees, in advance of their return, to accept goods not covered by any of the above criteria. A restocking admin fee of 10% (sales value) will be charged.
- Notification of return must be within 7 days from goods receipt.
- Due to the nature of the product, all items must be in its original un-opened packaging, otherwise we will treat it as contaminated waste and dispose of it accordingly. Zero credit will be issued in this instance.
- All returned goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return journey.
