We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (depending on stock availability).

  • Orders over £250.00 (excluding VAT) FREE 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail.
  • Orders under £250.00 (excluding VAT) delivery charge £5.00 plus VAT 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail
  • Next Working Day via Royal Mail £10.00 plus VAT

Cut off point for order processing is 12.00 Midday.

Any out of stock items will be confirmed when the order has been placed.

Europe Delivery Information

We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days (depending on stock availability).

All orders are charged at £20.00 and shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For Service.

Rest of World Delivery Information

Orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex 7-10 working days (depending on stock availability).

  • Orders up to £249 – Delivery Charge £35.00
  • Orders £250-£499 – Delivery Charge £45.00
  • Orders £500-£999 – Delivery Charge £55.00
  • Orders over £1,000.00 – Delivery Charge £85.00

Returned Goods Policy

  1. Under normal circumstances, goods will not be accepted for return for credit other than for the following reasons:
    1. To correct a Company delivery or order error.
    2. Batch Material recall.
    3. Where the products or packages are alleged to have been faulty, damaged or tampered with prior to delivery.
    4. Where the products have been offered on a pre-arranged ‘sale or return’ basis.
    5. Where the Company agrees, in advance of their return, to accept goods not covered by any of the above criteria.
  2. Goods Returned to Correct a Company Error
    1. The goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt by registered courier. Goods must be adequately packaged to ensure that no damage is caused during their return to the Company.
    2. All returned goods must be in perfect original condition; not marked in any way; should not show any evidence of being tampered with and still sealed in original packaging.
    3. To be considered for return for credit, the goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or delivery note, or the number of the specific invoice on which the goods were supplied, together with a reason for their return. If this information is missing, there will be a delay in issuing a credit.
  3. Returns where the products or packages are alleged to have been faulty, damaged or tampered with prior to delivery:
    1. Details of the fault or damage should be notified to the Company in writing as soon as possible in order that N2 (UK) Ltd can be alerted.
    2. Goods must be packed separately and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note (as in 3.2(c), Terms & Conditions)
  4. Where the Company agrees to accept the return of goods not covered by any of the criteria recited in clauses 3.2 – 3.4 Goods will only be accepted by prior agreement with the Company and must be accompanied all the information detailed in 3.2(c) in addition to the name of the person who has authorised the return with written confirmation. Please note: Goods returned under this category may be subject to a handling charge.
  5. Goods returned to stock
    Goods returned by customers for any of the above reasons will only be considered for credit if:

    1. It is known that they have been stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
    2. They have been assessed and accepted by a person authorised by the Company so to do. The assessment will take into account the nature of the product, any special storage conditions required and the time elapsed since the goods were supplied.
  6. Special Orders
    These products will not be accepted for return or credit unless supplied as a result of a Company error. In such cases, the product must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.

  7. Packaging
    All returned goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return journey.
